The Dare2bU Academy® Inc. offers the next generation Success Coaching and Counselling workshops and courses on Vancouver Island, whole Canada, The Netherlands and The United States. It’s a new approach for North America and Canada, but one that already has proven its power all over the world.

Henri van Amerongen
Academy Founder Henri Van Amerongen is well respected by students, coaches and counsellors around the world. His life-changing programs use the systemic-phenomenological approach, extraordinary constellation work, humour, and some more traditional therapy and energy techniques. 
He has been a certified Life Coach/Counsellor and also a trainer at the Academy for Counselling and Coaching in Holland for many years before moving to Canada. He teaches hundreds of Coach/Counselling students to apply the systemic-phenomenological approach . Henri developed a brief powerful life coaching approach by adjusting and combining the best techniques of European therapies for Coaches and Counsellors. He is also President of the chapter of the International Coach Federation the Vancouver Coach Association (VICA) , the Rotary International Day Break club in Nanaimo and The Chamber of Commerce.
Henri is certified in Europe as:

His personal story:
The Dare2bU Academy Inc.™ is the outcome of a long journey. My own journey that includes facing failure and finding my own answers while soul searching over and over again.
In 1995 I hit rock bottom. I was a sales manager and entrepreneur in Holland, was married and ( so I thought) at the top of the game. Six months later however I was divorced, had a massive burn out and had been declared bankrupt. So much for being on top of the game…
Through the help of some very powerful introspective processes, that are well known in Europe, I discovered that I could accept what had happened. This way discovering the lessons that life was trying to teach me. After all everything happens for a reason. Through this very powerful principal of acceptance of ‘what is’, I realized that something totally new could begin. I also found out that it was not failure I was afraid of but that I had a real fear of success. The Family Constellations work developed by amongst others Bert Hellinger was very effective in helping me to see that there was a hidden dynamic in my family about love and money and that it was exactly that that was keeping me from reaching my potential including success.
As these hidden family dynamics where brought to resolution, I was able to embrace my own life fully and discovered the passion which I was born with. As you might already know, it is through the expression of our own unique inner gifts and talents, that we find our true success.
In my case, I realized that I now was prepared properly to follow my passion; which is to help others to find out what is holding them back and help them reach their full potential. I became a trainer in coaching and counselling for a highly successful Academy in Holland and over the past eight years have had the joy and privilege of working with hundreds of students and preparing for their own successful lives and careers. I have found that it is very fulfilling to help individuals with their (restrictive) family dynamics. My special interest is in helping organizations of all sizes and to help them to fulfil their vision and missions.
After having found ‘my thing’ it was time for an even bigger leap of faith by following my own dreams once again. Immigrating to a totally different country and establishing my own organization: the Dare2bU Academy™.
