Our Dare2bU approach® is partly based on the systemic-phenomenological approach, which can provide surprising insights into work, careers and organizations. When things aren’t running smoothly in an organization, constellations give us a deeper understanding of what is causing the sometimes subconscious obstruction.
How it works: In corporate constellations, participants are asked to represent a particular employee or organization member while one person asks a question. They play out emotions and scenarios that can reveal the hidden dynamics or patterns of the organization system. Usually in an instant the problem becomes clear and the group feels a huge sense of relief and freedom.
