In three very dynamic classes (or individual sessions), students/clients
learn how to:
Step 1: Define success on your terms. Rigorously examine how you think about success. What do you want and what are you afraid of?
Step 2: Uncover the destructive, unconscious beliefs and patterns that block your success. What beliefs have been passed down to you? How do those beliefs serve you now?
Step 3: Stop stopping yourself. Learn to differentiate between regressive, knee-jerk reactions and healthy, intuitive decisions that propel you forward. Then go out and claim your success!
