Workshop 1: The PEM Method of Asking Questions

2-day workshop

By using the three elements (physical, emotional and mental) in questioning, you can to go directly to the ‘question behind the question’ using the subconscious of your client. This PEM method of asking questions enables you, in a very straightforward way, to trace the cause of a client’s feelings and problems (experiences, events, themes and traumas) often even unknown to the client.

In this workshop you will practice the method in small groups and drawing sessions. You’ll learn how to:

  • Find, change and heal issues with your client in a very short period of time
  • Help clients gain insight on how present problems/emotions are tied to something in the past
  • Make positive changes in psychological problems and physical problems
  • Lead more powerful and effective coaching and counselling sessions

Experience the results first-hand in this workshop!

Workshop 2: Working with the Family History

2-day workshop

Every family has its own history and its own dynamics. The same dynamics that have affected a family for years are likely to still be in place today. By using the systemic-phenomenological approach  in this workshop we consider individuals as part of a family system and look for similarities in behavioural patterns.

In this module you’ll learn how to help clients record their family history and trace unexplained thoughts and convictions to old family patterns. You’ll create three of your own specific family drawings and learn how to:

  • Hold drawings ‘against the light’ and let your subconscious work
  • Look at drawings from a systemic point of view
  • Interpret and evaluate drawings
  • Get insight into your own history and someone else’s by drawing a genogram (schematic family tree)

Your subconscious will amaze and enlighten you when you hold your drawing ‘against the light!’

Workshop 3: Rituals & Objects

2-day workshop

Rituals and objects are very powerful tools and can give your clients a chance to break subconscious patterns. In this workshop we work at a feelings level with the ritual ‘honouring the parents’ and work with stones to ‘give back a burden.’ The rituals are more than just words; they reach a person at a subconscious level. The results your client can achieve with these methods in a short time span usually have a profound and lasting effect.

In this module you will practice the techniques in small groups and learn how to:
  • Add a different dimension to client sessions
  • Use tools for making decisions easier
  • Quickly achieve results that otherwise would’ve taken many hours of talking, if at all
  • Use the subconscious to make something evident that your client couldn’t have otherwise expressed
  • Make your sessions much more effective
